By
combining a base of tough thermoplastic with a core of advanced GELOY®
XTW resin and a clear acrylic top layer, GE material scientists and
engineers have created a spa material system that is easy to clean,
looks simply beautiful and stays that way longer. It’s a difference
you can see. And if it’s ever required, the surface can be easily
repaired, unlike many other shells made from cast acrylic.

Great Lakes Spas are crafted in our state-of-the-art
manufacturing facility, where skilled, experienced associates utilize the latest
technology to achieve high levels of quality. Robotic systems pinpoint all jet,
valve and fitting positions for consistent precision on all spa models, assuring
greater shell integrity and optimum hydraulic performance. Every spa undergoes
rigid inspection, including a thorough water and thermal performance test prior
to receiving the Great Lakes seal of approval. All components are engineered to
highest standards, including UL listed components for added safety.

Environmentally Sound
Great Lakes has partnered with GE in developing a
superior shell resin used in spas that is as beautiful as it is environmentally
sound, with zero emission molding. Insulation is also free of CFCs. Packaging is
minimal and recycling programs reuse what little scrap is generated.

AquaClear™ state-of-the-art filtration system helps assure a sparkling
clean spa environment. The optional solid state ozone system injects ozone
gas into the water, eliminating microorganisms and bacteria, providing
fresher, cleaner water while reducing the need for chemical additives.
